Analogix Remote Backup sends your backups over the Internet to an online backup server safely offsite. This is usually done of a night while your computers are not being used.  This is a completely automated process, you won’t even know it’s happening. With businesses relying more and more on their computer data, correct backups are becoming more and more critical.

Online Backups are done automatically to schedule. The majority of businesses don’t do regular back ups. This is usually because the person responsible for doing backups gets sidetracked on something else, or someone is using the computer when it’s time for a backup, or maybe they just forget. With Analogix Remote Backup software, backups are always done on schedule.

Unlike other back up software, Analogix Remote Backup software constantly scans the computer system and adds files to the backup sets as they are created. Several full copies of files are stored using a sophisticated version control system unavailable in most other backup software of any kind. A true backup should save multiple copies of the same files at different points in their cycle; these are called versions. The majority of large corporations, including Banks perform this style of backup, and so should YOU!!

Analogix Remote Backups are encrypted using your choice of eight of the strongest cryptographic methods to ensure total security; the staff at Analogix can’t even read your data. Traditional backup systems don’t generally encrypt the data, so anyone clever enough can access your data, even on a backup tape drive or mass storage device. The data also gets compressed to approximately 20% of it's original size for easy transfers and storage. You can rest easy knowing that your data is immediately sent offsite and stored safely away from your computers; and prying eyes, or worse still total destruction or theft. I have been in this business for a long time and have found that most small companies leave the tapes or external hard drives in the office with the computer, where they can be destroyed along with the computer.

Our Servers verify and store the data. The backed up data is simultaneously transferred to separate locations also for permanent safe keeping. This provides redundancy to our clients as there are always a minimum of 3 encrypted copies of your data in safe keeping at any point in time.
