Download a FREE 14 day trial version of our software by following the link above!! NOTE: This trial account will allow you to back up a maximum of 200mb of data and has restricited access for backing up SQL, Exchange and creating new backup sets. This will be converted to a full account once payment has been received. Save the setup file to your desktop and double click to start the installation. The wizard will walk you through the process and register your account with our servers, you will be ready to back up your vital data within 5 minutes. The Help Menu will assist you in setting up your first backup which is automatically configured to perform an incremental backup at 2.30am every day, all you have to do is select which files you wish to back up. However if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. HINT: When backing up Outlook PST files and database files, use the BitBackup option, see the built in Help file for more details. Also, refrain from trying to back up your entire C Drive, this just uses up your bandwidth and all of your applications can be reinstalled from their original disks. Remote Backup software is designed to back up your critical data only. Applications cannot be reinstalled from a backup. When you have installed the software, please contact us and let us know which plan you wish to subscribe to, governed by how much data you wish to have stored on our servers. If you require a tailored plan, please let us know the circumstances and we will send you a quote. Once we are notified of which plan you are subscribing to (please take the time to do this straight away as the trial will only last for 14 days), you will be sent an invoice, quarterly in advance in accordance with your choice of plan; or as otherwise arranged. Please make sure you enter into the email your complete contact details and billing details for invoice purposes. As soon as payment has been received, your account will automatically be converted to a full function account the next time your software logs in to our servers. However, if for some reason you decide to stop using our software, your account will be deactivated within 14 days of download. Failure to make payment within this time frame will also result in the deactivation of your account. |
